Glorious & Praises are purpose-run lodges with a clear process: browse rooms or visit the lodge, pay the token fee, register, submit your application, pay rent and upload your receipt, then sign your tenancy agreement after caretaker and landlord approval.
Honesty policy
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information submitted in your application, agreement, or supporting documents may lead to immediate disqualification and termination of tenancy. Where lodge policy applies, only an 80% refund of eligible fees may be issued; the remaining balance may be forfeited.

Do I need a token to apply?
Yes. Request a token from the caretaker after you browse or visit the lodge. Pay the non-refundable token fee first; after you register and submit your application, pay annual rent and upload your receipt in the portal.
What are the rent amounts?
Glorious Lodge: ₦450,000/yr (subsequent payment ₦450,000/yr). Praises Lodge: ₦250,000/yr (subsequent payment ₦350,000/yr). Fees are set per lodge, not per individual room tier.
What is the application process?
Pay token fee → register → submit application → pay rent & upload receipt → caretaker confirms rent & approves → landlord approves → sign tenancy agreement → caretaker & landlord sign-off → PDF issued.
What happens if I submit false information?

Can I visit before I apply?
Yes. Contact the caretaker to walk through the lodge. You still need a token after fees are paid to open the online application.
